HOW DO I GET PAID

Babyworn does not maintain or house credit cards and/ or payment information on our site. All payment transactions are processed via two of the best payment software platforms. PayPal and Stripe are secured and encrypted payment platforms that accept major credit cards. Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account in your currency, no matter how or from where the buyer pays.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE work?

Joining and starting a basic account is free. A monthly fee is charged for premium and professional accounts only. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee.

Once an item sells, there is a 10% total transaction fee on the sale price (including the shipping price you set). Out of 10%  collected, Babyworn pays a 3.0 % + $0.25 for secured payment processing when an item is sold. These fees vary per country. These processing fees appear in your payment account and are deducted prior to deposit. If you issue a refund for a sale made via Babyworn your payment processing fee will be credited proportionally and applied to the refund amount.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY FUNDS

Depending on your bank, funds may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in your bank account.

If a sale or transaction falls on a holiday, available funds will be sent on the next business day.
